Afrashid was first formed in 2011. At that time, Mr. Mehdi Aradi and Ms. Mahshid Bayat, the founders of Afrashid, were practicing yoga and gaining knowledge as students. At the same time, with round-the-clock efforts, they were able to find a place for themselves in the field of sports tourism, and thus Afrashid was born as a family group that planned and implemented sports tourism camps. This process continued until 2021, and during these years, more than 150 one- and multi-day programs were successfully implemented by Afrashid Sports Tourism Group within and outside the borders of Iran.

After the Corona and the vaccination, Afrashid’s programs continued. Now many audiences were familiar with the name Afrashid. Since the beginning of winter 1401, by establishing a modern and simple yoga club, a club with high health standards, with experienced male and female teachers in a clean and friendly atmosphere, they have been teaching yoga to the yoga-interested community in Gohardasht. Afrashid Yoga School has bright, beautiful and clean halls with natural air conditioning, and a small store offers yoga supplies to clients. Afrashid Yoga School is located in the center of Gohardasht, Karaj, and is easily accessible from all sides. You can get to Afrashid Yoga School by any means: by taxi, bus, or private car. There are many parking spaces around the school building.
