Online course Lago
The Lago practice is a semi-deep cleansing method of the digestive tract, usually done by drinking lukewarm salt water and performing a series of specific yoga poses.
These movements allow water to move naturally from the stomach to the intestines, removing waste, gas, toxins, and even mucus that has accumulated in the intestines. Unlike full Shatkarma (such as full Shankha Prakashalana), Lago does not require complete elimination or staying in the toilet for a long time, and is lighter.
